Installing BBP Cold Air Intake on 2000 Pathfinder. Thoughts?

So I just purchased this BBP Cold Air Intake off of eBay for 75.00 brand new and was wondering what you guys think. Is it a good idea or no? Also looking for a few more upgrades on my pathy..any ideas??

Also had my check engine light come on recently and was told that is was bank 2 of the catalytic converter. Thought this might be the O2 sensors, so I decided to go ahead and replace them all, since they haven't ever been replaced, and the vehicle is at 156k miles.

How's it going? Well let me first start with the cold air intake. Are you going to be taking this rig off road any? If so i would look into a snorkel, But that will run you around $400 dollars. If not a cold air intake is fine, Any Name brand or no name air intakes work the same. But i would recommend if your going the eBay route, Just change the filter to a name brand one. The tube is about the same no matter what. Well least it will work the same. Just my 2 cents

Its going great!! Just thinking about making some decent upgrades to the pathfinder haha!! But ya I most likely am just going to just stay just highway with this car.
