Installing AUX input into 2005 Nissan Altima

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima, and I'd like to install AUX input. I'm a complete amateur with anything related to cars and electronics, but I'm hoping that with the right direction I can find affordable parts and can set it up myself. Could you guys help me find what I'd need to do to make this work, and what exactly I'd need to purchase? Thank you!!

Could I just buy one of those complete receivers that have a USB jack and AUX input? i.e. something like this: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/pioneer-cd- ... Id=6238551
Can I just install that directly into the car, or do I need extra parts?

The easiest ones are those that has USB connectors. No need for heavy wiring job.

Speakers would be a tricky one to install. But the USB ones are easier to install.
