Installing auto window and door locks..

Where is the best place to find parts for these installations? Junkyard? Nissan stores? And how hard is the installation?

I have researched this many times... Here is the only place I could find these parts.. If anyone knows another place besides the junkyard please post..http://www.slickcar.com/BTW I have a '93 240sx with man. windows and locks. I also want to add Cruise Control if it isnt too much trouble.

i have a n s14, wondering if there might be issues with that. Someone sold me the car with a alarm and ignition kill aftermarket system. i think i will just wire the door locks into the remote for the alarm.

what issues did u you have using kits from slickcar, did you just an alarm/lock kit?

actually, you can get the door actuator at any circuit city store in the nation. i work there, and have installed a few of these on cars with manual locks while doing alarms.

convert my car from manual door locks to that power door locks operated by drivers door locks? unlock/lock 1 and rest will follow?

I havent actually ordered anything yet but yes, That is what I was looking to order. About how much are those actuators at CC and do they come in some kind of kit or do you have to wire them up?

I think cruise control would be a ***** to do. A lot of wiring probably and I hate wiring.

Circuit City or any electronic store of that kind charges $80 for each auto lock installation. Which isn't too bad, but I wonder how hard the installation is to do by yourself?

$129 for power windows? Not bad.

Does anyone know if I did an engine swap and I had an alarm (Viper 791xv) with ignition kill setup in my car, would I have to rewire everything? Or just that particular part? And should I install the alarm now? Or with in couple of months when I get the engine in? I have never step up an alarm on a car before, but it seems like A LOT of wiring. LOL.
