Replace the gaskets while the motor is out of the car. Mainly, the exhaust-side gaskets, the 8-bolt, 4-bolt, and 5-bolt. It's a 30 minute job before in the car, an 8 hour job while in the car. I believe there's other threads on NicoClub with other suggestions.
