Hi all, well we got our first 300ZX finally and we love it.

Only thing is there is no antenna for the radio there isnt even an antenna hole anywhere on the body. So it looks like i have to drill the body (which i didnt really want to do). Can anyone tell me where the usual placment of the antenna on the body is please.

Well its usually on the passenger side on the back quarter panel. But if someone has filled it in i would leave it and NOT drill anything. Try the radio first, as i believe the rear window defrosters are also wired in to act like a radio antenna, just not as strong or powerful. Or dont worry about it, get an Ipod compatible reciever and go from there.

There is an antenna in the hatch glass. The two-prong plug for the antenna can be reversed 180 degrees to switch the primary antenna.
