Installing after market amp and sub

I am proud to be a new owner of a 09 Nissan Murano SL. I love all the features this puppy comes with but now it's for my own touches and personality. I want to start with an aftermarket amp/sub set. I took the sub and amp out my old vehicle and would like to put it in the Murano. So basically after searching a bit on the forums I can't seem to find a DIY guide. Has anyone ever done this or can link a guide to doing this? I love the bose interior speakers and I won't be changing those, I just want to add a bit more boom to my music. Help plz.

Sub: MTX 8500 12" 4 Ohm DVC 500 watts RMS wired in parallel 2 ohm load
Amp: MTX Thunder Elite 601D 600 watts RMS @ 2 ohm
