Installing a trailer hitch 05 Sentra

Has anyone ever installed a trailer hitch on their Sentra? I have an '05 Sentra and would like to put a trailer hitch on it. The hitch looks easy enough to install but the I am wondering about how easy it was to install the wiring for the trailer lights. Any input would be appreciated. TIA

Sorry for the late reply. I've never done one on a Sentra but I have on the Pathfinder and Frontier, and the kits from Nissan are usually pretty thorough and straight forward, and come with everything you need to get it finished, including the trailer wiring.

So you purchased a kit FROM Nissan? Or was it a Draw-tite ( or other brand ) kit for Nissan? I'm not too worried about hitch install, I am more concerned with wiring.

No, I worked at Nissan before and installed a few of the Nissan hitch kits for them. The actual Nissan kits from the dealer. The kit came with everything, except instructions, but they give you a link to download them.
