Lets see ,

1) Fix brake judder on a Titan, fix the windows from making noise when going up and down, and figure out why it pulls driving.

2) Install a new cooling fan on the BMW I diagnosed last week for over heating.

3) Oh yea install the Nismo flywheel and clutch kit, Stillen adjustable short shifter, and build the Nismo rear diff on an 04 350Z. The clutch and flywheel might be stillen dont know for sure yet but the rest is accurate. I will let you all know how it goes.

I know you will be busy but any chance we could see some pics of the install or at least the finished product?

Well didnt fully complete it today. But the clutch and flywheel are in. Nothing really to see there as it is inside and appears stock. The Nismo diff is a build unit. You do not get the whole differencial assembly. you get the lsd portion of it and new axle flanges. You must reuse the ring and poinion gears as well as the housing. Basically when I am done it will all look stock. On the stillen short shifter he has opted to use the stock knob?? I questioned it twice and he stated he liked the original knob so it to will look stock when done. I did find this car has carbon fiber front and rear bumpers with side skirts The bumbers are body kit style. I only knew they were carbon fiber by looking at them from underneath since he had then painted to match the car. He also has a carbon fiber spoiler on it. The only thing aside from the body kit look that appears custom are the einkie[sp?] wheels.

I have the diff mostly back together I just need to set it up in the moring and it will roll out. I cant push it since it needs to go through a break in process. But I drove it before hand. Something has been done to this car I cant see as it has an enourmous amount of power as compared to a factory set up and When you romp it , it sounds like it has custom exhuast but the pipeing and muffler are all stock. The only thing I saw under the hood was CAI.

So no pictures to be had.

Note: the flywheel, pressure plate and clutch are NISMO. He didnt opt for the T/O bearing either which I questioned.

The Nismo diff comes with the what I mentioned above as well as flange seals, both bearings, and a 2 qt cointainer of synthetic 80w-90 gear oil. And 2 cool sticker you can put on your windows..lol

Ok All installed. Few notes.

The stillen adjustable short shifter is awesome. You have basically 4 positions you can set it to and it is a stop sign adjustment. Meaning you can change its height very quickly. It has a pull release that allows it to slide up or down. The 4 positions are as follows. position 1 is 20% longer then stock [granny shifter..lol] Pos 2 is stock hieght. Pos 3 is 20% shorter then stock Pos 4 is 40% shorter then stock. Its a very easy install. Only dislike I have is the rattle from it. It is obnoxiously noisy on accel.

The rear diff. This diff was a Nismo Gt something or another.[ will get actual name tonight. Not a bad install but you should have Diff rebuild knowledge before takeling this install yourself. There is alot of "feel" involved in the setup. This diff is a full locker. I took it for a test drive no noise heard from it. but making a u-turn is fun. It reminds me of the old school posi rearends that cause tire scrub on hard turns. It definitly binds on hard turns. I dont feel this diff is intended for a daily driver and should be restricted for track use only.

The clutch set up. I have done these before on the 350 and mentioned how they feel. Pretty much the same smooth release with little clutch feel in the pedal. Nice set up. I will say though the Nismo flywheel doesnt feel much lighter then the stock dual mass flywheel. But it is a once peice standard flywheel.

I want to do DIY on the diff and clutch/flywheel set ups independantly as well, but will be more of an undertaking. I know many times I say I am going to do something like this and dont get around to it or lose intrest in doing it. So this time no promises but I will definitly try to. Sorry I didnt get any pics but quite honestly it all looks stock when done so not much to see, no real fan fare.
