took me probably about a half hour with calibration, set at a little over 10psi for now, its the best $45 ive spent. i beat 2 srt-4's at the same time and a 95 cobra, both off the line and on downshifts, it was awesome. just thought id share...

Mods? On yours and the Srt-4's. There's this kid around here that talks sooooo much **** about his Most Origonal Parts Are Rusty engine. (MOPAR )

pretty much run your car and see what boost it is set at already. adjust it if it's too high or low. you can do that OR you can put compressed air in where it goes into the intake mani and set your boost with that. BTW joe P is an awesome MBC. doesn't creep at all.

Eh I disagree with the whole Joe P is awesome thing. I had one for awhile and didn't think it was all that great. I finally broke down and bought a Greddy Profec B spec-II, and I couldn't be happier.

Don't get me wrong the Joe P gets the job done and you can't beat the price, but when the maker Joe P doesn't even use his own boost controller (I think he uses a turbo xs), it makes you think.

for the price you cant beat a mbc, but after you've had it a while, like unfrgivn says, you get sick of it. the boost drops off 2-3 psi, and you have to get out of your everytime to adjust it.

another vote for the profec b spec2...

Anyone have this boost controller ?

I just ordered it, it looks good. I like the idea of being able to go from stock boost to like 14psi with the flip of a switch.

Yes a lot of people run the Turbo XS dual mbc and love it.

The Joe P is a great mbc if you've never used anything else on your car. But you notice a big difference when you switch to a higher quality unit. (I said unit :D) With my profec B, I am spooling faster, holding boost longer, and it is much more accurate.

i heard the turboxs one is great.. my friend has it. the best mbc you can get... but i figure if you're going to spend more than $100, just get a used apex ebc.

you wont notice any loss of boost on a mbc until you pass 10psi. i was using one of those cheap ones on ebay with my last car, it would go to 13psi, than by 6k it would be back down to 10psi. the turboxs shouldn't have that problem though, just because its very very well made.

i cant wait til i get that profec b. i think thatll be my first mod if nothing's wrong with my engine when it starts up monday/tuesday..
