Just got my license plate rearview camera installed! It is hooked up to my factory Navigation LCD screen with a PAC VCIX backup camera interface ($250). I went with the chrome Boyo license plate camera because after installing the Mito license plate camera, it looked horrible. Do not ever buy the Mito license plate backup camera. Horrible design. The camera is so huge and ridiculous on the Mito one that it makes the upper part of the license plate stick out so that you plate is at an agle (pointing towards ground). Things aren't always what they appear in pics on the internet. The Boyo's camera is super small (good thing) and sits flush against the license plate backing and it's picture is better I think. Also the lens is adjustable to view at different angles (up or down). Trust me, after extensive research on the right camera for the G Coupe, I know the best ones are the Boyo cameras. They are the ones many stereo shops carry for a reason. Also, from my experience today, they are hard to find. Two shops that I went to had just freshly sold out of them. I saw that with my own eyes because I saw them being installed on a SUV in front of me. There are plenty of them available on the internet but I have no patience sometimes. I managed to get a shop to go and fetch me one from somewhere real quick while I waited. I agreed to pay extra for that instant service. Time is money to me.
