Installed JET PCM, now I'm throwing CEL codes!!!

I was running a little lean, so I went for the cheaper and easier route and bought the JET Power Control Module. Works nice, a lot better throttle response, but every hundred miles or so, my CEL comes on! Is it because the PCM modified my ignition timing? I also have a high-flow cat and custom dual exhaust, is it just the high flow of exhaust throwing that o2 sensor code or what do you guys think?!?!

It might help more if you told us what code is causing the CEL to come on.

Well, I thought the code was for the modified ignition curve, but now it doesn't look like it. I think it's my high flow cat cuz now the code is P0420, catalytic efficiency. I bought an o2 simulator to help that. What do you think?
