Not feeling them... Sorry. Maybe the hood latches are distracting me.. not too sure what it is.

I think if you color matched or smoked the the inside housing it would looks sick.

Can anyone photoshop the eyelids painted to the car's colour? It'll give it a cleaner look.

Also, where in the engine bay are the hood latches connected to?

they are made of fiber glass and installed with double sided tape. you get what you pay for though.

I really like those, but I agree, they'd look better painted. It gives it a nice, aggressive look.

agreed... could these be painted with just basic spray paint? or have them painted somewhere? and do they seem like they will last awhile or just fall off sometime soon?

they recommend you use doudle sided tape (less permenent) or silcon (more permenent) to put them on. so depending on what you use depends on how long they will last. and yes they are primed and "ready" to paint.

ooooh! I like them a lot! I need to order some of these. Maybe I'll paint them the same red as the decals on my car... hmmmm.

That would look pretty cool.. especially if you had some of the red decals in the front that were "coming from" the red eyelids.

That looks awesome when it's the color of your car! I just got an email saying mine got shipped out today! I'm gonna have them painted before I install them.

What'd you guys do, double-sided tape or silicon?

I used weather resistant 3m tape.

It seems to be sticking very well. I washed off my headlights with soap and water. Silicon is more permanent. Can't wait to see what your look like installed!

So they came in the mail today and I immediately brought them over to the local Maaco here. The guy gave me a "hush hush" deal, so it's only gonna be $40 cash to paint them both.

I should have them Monday afternoon. Pictures soon to follow!
