I just put in a B&M short shifter and now i have what may be a problem....lets see what you guys think.....every time i am moving in gear, i hear a low grinding sound coming from under the shifter. I took it out and reinstalled it and made sure everything was tight, but to no avail. ne ideas on what it could be?????

no need to worr(at least i think) if you got the old model b&m shifter, the grinding sound/vibration you feel is normal, the newer models have since corrected that problem.

no fear as it does nothing to hinder performance, just annoys the hell out of you.

but then again i might be wrong, someone back me up on this.

I also have the redesigned B&M. I don't hear a noise until I put my hand on the shifter knob. When I am driving around without my hand on the shifter I don't hear anything.

im looking for a c's shifter too, all they ever sell on ebay are the knock offs for like $50 ive been checking every day for a while now, nothing buch a bunch of knock offs and the occasional nismo shifter.
