Installed a new stereo on my 2001 max and now the sub don't work

install a clarion on my car and hooked all the RCA jacks (was 4 on the harness) and the sub woofer won't work any more know why?

checked all wiring the woofer is working but very low any idea why?thanksD

Some aftermarket headunits have separate settings for the subwoofer in their menus. Check and see if the sub volume is turned down.
