Hey guys, I installed a used factory CD player. I didnt have any problem with the install because it was just a plug n' play. with except of the cable antenna. I have no where to hook up my cable antenna behind the headunit. Does Nissan uses an antenna adaptor? Also, I only get little volume from the headunit. I know I am missing one rear speake and I think I have both front speaker because sound is coming from it.. It's just very little. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

No adapter that I am aware of. My car had a factory am/fm/cas with factory add on cd player. If you pluged in all the wires there shoulf be one for the antenna, if its like my stock radio its a small hole on the back left corner and its a ***** to plug it in as its really short and hard to get your hands in there to plug it in.

Blown internal radio amp, plug your stock radio back in...if you get normal sound..then used radio = dead

Or could be blown speakers, but the chances of all 3 going is..very rare.

For the antenna, I had the cassette tape deck and now changing to used Nissan CD player. Are you saying that the CD player does not come with Antenna to hook the antenna cable? I'm confused because I still don't get any radio station and thats due to my antenna cable is not plug. I don't know where to plug it in

S3, My stereo was stolen, thats why I bought another one..How else can I check if the radio is dead?

Theres an antenna cable inside where your other radio cables are. Plug your antenna into that, it looks like an audio A/V jack.

You really can't check other than plugging it into someone else's car or borrow someone else's stock radio and trying it in your car.
