I don't see the point, but okay.

There is no kits that I know of and the only time i've seen it done is with an SR20 in japan and it was for drift... the guy crashed it (good riddance) and that was the only one i've seen.

nice, found the vid :

Why would you want to do such a thing?

Its been done. I've got pictures at home of an SR'd z32. Silly IMO though. You take a car that has a 3.0L V6 and want to put in either an SR20 4 banger that came in a small light car or a KA24 4 banger that came in pickup trucks.

Stick with the VG. You'll be better off, and won't waste your money

Don't mind me though, I'm opinionated.

Atleast you weren't asking if you could stick a 350 out of an i-roc camaro in there.

the only reason i asked is because the motor that is in the car doesn't run and i dont know how much money i will have to put into it to get it running,i was just thinking the ka might be much cheaper than rebuilding the vg for a turbo kit that's all. it's just and idea. sorry to offend n e 1

Don't sweat it bro, I'm just giving you a hard time

You can pick up a cheap VG from a junkyard if you're on a budget though.

Agree with nsr, there really is no point in putting a small 4-banger into the heavy Z. You could probably get a VG for just as cheap as a SR considering the extreme dorifto status of the SR (sorry, I had to).
