INSTALL: Short Antenna!

THis is the easiest thing ever.

First, Pick an antenna you want, I used one from a Honda S2000 (yeah, yeah..I have a Honda part on my Z, so what?). The ones from the Lexus IS300 work well also.

Take note though: There are some aftermarket antennas that fit, but their reception sucks.

Second, examine that huge thing nissan gave us from the factory:

Next, unscrew it! Its that simple! honest!

AFterwords, screw in the S2000, IS300, or other aftermarket antenna!

Bam you're done! yay! Crappy antenna-0 you-1.

Also, tell your friends it decreases wind drag at high speed..they won't believe you, but it'll get a smirk from them.

That is soooo much better then oem. I removed it when I first bought the car, I hated it so much.

How does it hold up in a car wash?If not as flexible ?

It's flexible enough, I havne't run her througha carwash yet, but I'd bet it'll hold up just fine :p

Anything to get rid of that fugly oem stick!

I wish they would have just put it in the window like the G. Oh well this is just as good.

I have a real problem with cheap antennas I think it really detracts from a nice car. I hate front mount antennas like on ford, and I hate our cheap antennas.

Plus I like the idea of rippign something off a honda and putting it on a better car like the Z

Yeah I hated the OEM one as well. Mostly because every time you look in the side view mirror there it is! I went with this one because it matches the door handles well.

It makes you wonder why S2000s are always parked very far away from our Zs wherever you go.
