I just ordered the motordyne 5/16" Copper Iso Thermal Spacer and was wondering if any of you have installed this on your car yet. If so, was it an easy install? From everything I have seen it shouldn't be that bad just want to know if there could be any suprises. The only problem I could foresee was the current plenum gasket possibly being damaged , so I ordered one of them as well just to be safe.

Fujita intake is also going on next week. I'll let you know if there are any noticeable power differences.

the spacer should come with gaskets and the stock one is metal and not hard to keep in good shape. Someone once said to use a bungee to hold the plenum up high enoug to make it easier for you to put the spacer in, that way you won't have to disconnect any hoses or vacuum lines. Or you could have a buddy hold it for you..... Good Luck, take pics.

Not a bad install, I did mine in less than a hour.

The hardest part is getting to the vac lines in the rear... it's easiest to install them first and work forward.
