Check out these pics guys, tell me what you think. Just installed the CDT's, Nak and Kappa 6.5's. Everything's wired EXCEPT the 4 gauge wire. I'm not sure where to run it in the car. I tired shoving it through the grommet in the firewall but something's obstructing the passage. Did all the work including wiring, door panels and fiberglass sub box myself.

Well... if you have an S13 then the grommett where the hood release cable goes through the firewall is large enough to pass 4 gauge through. My grommett didn't have anything blocking it. From there take off the plastic trim piece on your door sill and lift the carpet by the drivers side door. Run it under the carpet and then under the passenger seat. That is what I did to run mine. If you don't have an S13 then this reply is probably useless to you.

lookin good man! wanna see some more detailed pics of your finished fibreglassing work, cause that's what i'm doin next...

for custom speaker mounts, me and my buddy are both making ours out of a combination of 1/2" mdf (or 3/4"), hot glue, really stretchy spandex, and fibreglass...

i explain it more detailed here:

my 240 system project...

and here's a couple pics of his enclosures for Focal 165k3's w/ Dynaudio 8" subs, gives you a good idea of what the finished product looks like (without vinyl of course):
