install head w/ exhaust manifold on?

would it be possible / easier to install the head onto the block(in the car) with the exhaust and intake manifold on compared to just the intake manifold on? seems like itd save me alot of tough bolts to get too

Ya, that's what I did when I changed the head gasket. also have someone help you.
