I am trying to install H4 high/low HID kit in 2000 Maxima, there are 3 wires, one is yellow, one is red and other one is black, when I connect red and black to the the headlight plug the low beam show fine without problem, but after I connect the yellow one which should be the high beam wire, but the high beam still can not turn on, only the low beam can turn on. And I did check the HID kit and this H4 high/low HID kit is working fine on a 2000 Toyota Solara (Solara also have H4 housing), it can turn on high beam on Solara without problem but Maxima cant..............Please help me out because HID should be plug and play and this is very wired thank you : )

Per the FSM, this could be caused by:

1. Bulb (you have checked it works)2. Open in beam circuit3. Lighting switch

#2: Left High: Check harness between lighting switch terminal 9 and LH terminal 1. (BR/R)Right High: Check harness between lighting switch terminal 6 and RH terminal 1. (R/G)Ground Circuits of LH/RH beams (B)

From the diagram, looks like the color codes are:BR/R = Left High BeamR/G = Right High BeamR/Y = Left Low BeamR/L = Right Low BeamB = Ground(s)
