wut all can you do to your car but have it still pass inspections in North Carolina

lol funny question. Basically you can do just about anything as long as you don't have a REAL loud exhaust other than that. Basically everything is fair territory.

yea..i dunno how well my safety inspection is gonna go with me only having my driver's seat hahahaha

but if its 95-..you only needs safety..then agian we hit up a guy who basically gives out inspection stickers, so its cool..::looks around::..dont tell anybody
