inspection coming up

This is gonna be the first time I get my car inspected (just bought it 4 months ago). It's the first time getting it inspected since the SR20DET motor was put in. My exhaust can get pretty strong at times, and I'm really scared of not passing emissions. Any suggestions on what I can do to help me pass inspection. I have an AFC on there but I don't think that is enough.

Does TX require a visual inspection like CA too? If not then you should be good. All the people I know with SR's can easily pass the sniffer. Depends on what you've got done to your motor.

No visual inspection. Just emissions and the normal blinkers, wipers, etc.

I want to move to texas after i get my associates. so if my 240 can get in with no problems that will be great.

i live about two hours southeast of dallas, and have never had any trouble getting any of the 240's i have owned inspected, including an rb25det powered s13 as well as an sr20. just make sure your brakes, horn, and all lights and signals work.
