The door trim is peeling off the inside of the drivers side door on our 2007 M35. Can I just use contact cement to reattach the trim?

You should take it to your local Infiniti dealer. When I last was in for service at Infiniti, my service adviser asked me about my wood trim and said that Infiniti had extended the warranty on the wood trim for these issues. Give your service adviser a call and see what he/she says.

If the dealership is not out of your way, you should just go in so they can look at it right away... :gotme Make sure you mention about the warranty on the trim being extended so they don't try and play you....

Yep, there's an extended 100,000 miles warranty on the trim. My trim was coming off my driver’s door. The dealer replaced the driver's door trim, plus the trim on the 3 other doors - at no cost. Would have cost $589 otherwise. BTW, before going to the dealer I tried repairing the trim myself, it looked terrible!

I would address it as a safety issue and take it to the regional manager.
