INSANE Tapping Below 3k RPM

Sorry if this topic has been addressed, but I am FREAKING put. Car dorve fine, I put it up on stands to put on my new wheels and tires and my HICAS rear sway bar. When I took the car down to drive it to the car wash, I turned on the car and this CRAZY clicking noise starts. I checked my oil and it is for some reason high (like the dip stick is really high up, over the H) Anyone have any ideas? I am terrified what the answer is gonna be...

BTW, I drove the car around and:1) The noise only happens below 3000 RPM2) There is no loss of power or acceleration

Bought some BG MOA and some new oil. THe BG is in the mail, so we shall see if heavier oil and sludge cleaner is what the doctor ordered...
