I was wondering if 1st gen. Qs come factory with a cooler mounted behind condenser?

You mean a cooler between the condensor and the radiator? No...

Maybe someone already installed an aftermarket transmission cooler?

nope,,,the trans lines went into the radiator housing. nothing between the condensor and the radiator unless it's aftermarket,,,,which is good!
