Hey Tony, I'm gonna copy what I wrote to you on email here to see if any of the gurus out there has something to add.

----For the intercooler piping I wouldrecommend going either 2 1/2 inch or 3 inch, but itreally depends on your specific setup. For example, what size exhaust port does the compressor have? Whatsize are the intercooler terminals? Do you have a BOVattached to a pipe already, if so what size? Just togive you a few things to think about.

More food for thought, take into considerationthat the size of the piping is also a compromise. Thebigger the pipe, the less drag on the air passingthrough it, but also more lag for the turbo system tocharge up (since there is more volume of air). Thesmaller tubing has less lag but more drag. An anyway, the stock throttle body is what? Like 2 1/2 inch or abit bigger (need to check this out myself), so allyour 3 inch pipe needs to go into a 2 1/2 inchopening, there's you bottle neck right there.

Anyway, I'm probably gonna be using 3 inch pipingon the hot side (since my compressor has a 3 inchexhaust port) and 2 1/2 inch on the cold side to matchit up with my BOV elbow I bought and throttle body.Although the cold side is still undecided.-----

You should have same diameter from Turbo to Throttle body. 2 1/2 inch I believe, and is good. While your turbo is still trying to spool up, 2 1/2 is just a great size. ( Take it as n/a ). If you maintain relatively midl/same piping size, it is good for both spooling, and turbocharging too. ( Because you have smaller volume -> good for maintaining boost.

For the turbo inlet, You want to have same diameter as the turbo. Depent on your trim, usually is 2 1/2 or 3 inch. Just keep that size from your turbo to your filter.

As a general rule of thumb, use your throttle body size, don't go less it will only create bottle necks.
