Inner Tie Rod Removal

I was wondering if anybody had advice on a tie rod job? I am replacing my inners and outers today. Do the inners just screw out? I would love it if someone had a service manual page for the S13. The outers are easy I already looked at them and removed them. I am just waiting for the inners to show up at the shop. I see that there is a tie rod removal tool...do you need it to remove these tie rods? Any experience and or helpful info? It would all be appreciated. Thanks93 240sx Coupe btw

I believe theres a thin metal lock washer type thing that you have to bend back to turn the tie rod, but other than that they just unscrew. Make sure you realign the suspension afterwords or your toe will be all kinds of jacked up
