So I was dead set on ordering the Injen CAI for my altima coupe through the Stillen group order until I found this:

What do you guys think? Is Injen really better quality? I could really use your help.

Cheers,KSong

Hey man... welcome to the forums.. I know new city.. i got a ticket for speeding right infront of a diner there one time... anyways more people here have the injen... and to tell you the truth, no one has reported any sort of issues whatsoever (i havent seen any atleast and i watch everything)....

Maybe some of the guys with the injen already installed can chime in

Check this picture i just pulled off a different thread... it appears they got to fit it behind the battery... maybe the guys at that other forum are just not as cool as us here on NICO lol... jk idk

I like how the black Fujita looks. I'm new to the tuner world so quality wise I dont know which company is better. I have yet to pick up my car so I havent bought anything for it yet. Im in the same boat as you trying to decide which to buy. That group discount is tempting for Injen but if Fujita ends up being better quality and the Injen ends up scratching the hood and has poor placement it might be worth getting Fujita. A number of members have the Injen intake already and seem to love it so I dont know. We need more vids with quality sound of both once broken in.

Im right next to New City. I live in Nanuet. Maybe we can race LongBeachCoupe by the Diner:-P

Woah sick! Another rocklander! Do you go to school around here? haha, we should tune our cars together. I've been scoping around for good auto shops and 260 inc seems like its the best. One of my friends work there too so that should work out well. haha and yeah man, we'd smoke longbeachcoupe even though hes probably tricked out his ride jk lol

Never heard of 260 Inc. Where is that located? Id love to find a good shop to get work done. I dont trust any mechanics around me and definitley no dealerships. Im actually going to the dealership this weekend to get an update on my car. Ordering one is a pain. It would be cool to meet up and compare mods and ideas from time to time.

Its located at 270 Route 9W Haverstraw, NY 10927. Did you order from Rockland Nissan? If so get in touch with Stephen Lucchese, he's the man and knows everything about these coupes. haha yeah man that'd be pretty clutch. hopefully some people post more about which CAI is better though. What school do you go to/ did you go to?

Yea. I spoke with a spanish guy named Nelson. Ill ask for Stephen when I stop by over the weekend. I went to Nanuet High School and at Saint Thomas Aquinas college right now.

Just got home from work and was listening to some vids with the two intakes. Im leaning towards the Injen one now. The Fujita seems to have a high pitched sound according to what I heard which gets quite annoying.

I work in Purchase, NY. I get to travel over the TZ bridge everyday.

Im probably going to order the Injen one too while we got the discount going. Not gonna be able to use it for another 2 months or so but might as well get it while its cheap.
