I obtained a 95-96 intake for my 97, and apparently I need an MAF adapter. Anyone know where I can get one of these?

That's just an adapter to fit the filter to a stock intake. I need the adapter to plug the wire into the MAF sensor.

intake >silicon coupler >maf >maf adapter >filter

do you mean u have no plug to plug your maf into the engine harness?? 95 96 97 98 all share same intake and same maf to my knowlage

I'll have to take a look at it when I get a chance. I read somewhere else on here that the plug is different for the MAF from 96 to 97.

not meaning to thread jack, but this is kind of related. I have an injen intake and I cannot keep the freaking mafs/filter on the intake tube. The way it is set up now is the little rubber connector is hooked up with radiator clamps around the tube and the mafs (I guess this is the way it is supposed to be, I bought the car like this), but the mafs will not stay in place no matter how hard I tighten the clamp. Sometimes it takes a while, but I am eventually gonna have to stop and hook it back up. Just wonderin if anyone else has, or preferably, fixed this problem.

This guy installed a an AEM intake for a Zenki on his Kouki... and he tells you how he modded his MAF adaptor. This might help...
