Injen Heat Shield

Has anyone used the Injen heat shield on their intake system and how did it work out?

I don't have a heat shield with my pop charger although I've thought about making one. I can't justify spending 60$ on a thin piece of aluminum. There's a thread somewhere on another forum where a guy constructed a nice heat shield using a plastic trash can. Sounds dumb but turned out pretty well.

Yeah I saw that it was a 350Z guy and I've seen other home made heat shield's which didn't look too bad I Just was looking for something that looks alittle better then that I just didn't know if this heat shield hooked up fine and if there was any complications with it after people used it.
