Hey I have injen cold air intake on my 96 240... the intake tube is always hitting the metal hole that the intake goes through down to the bumper and it makes an annoying rattling noise... I was wondering if any1 else has this problem and if there's any way to stop the rattling.... thanks... so far I've come up w/ stuffing the space around the hole w/ cloth or something but it'd look so out of place... I was also thinking about wrapping the edge of the hole with something soft... I don't want to wield it on soa ny ideas?

Get a section of plastic wire loom. The plastic tube that has a slit on one side to hold wires, then fit it to the hole with the slit going over the edge of the hole. kinda tough to explain

use the stuff that they put on the edge of car doors so u dont ding up your door or someone else's in a parking lot. its liek $5 from pepboys. i had my intake on for 6 months and that hole cut into one of the silcone couplings not all the way but made a nice gash.
