injen cold air intake whistle

i've noticed ever since i've installed an injen cold air intake on my 2001 maxima at certain rpm's it will whistle (almost like a brake pad indicator). Has anyone else run into this, not a big deal but slightly annoying when toolin' through town.

no, i also installed one on my 1996 tacoma 4x4, but maybe I can't hear it over the mud tires and flomaster exhaust.
