No I sure didnt cause I had already purchased the injen and it also can be converted to a short ram so it's actually a 2 in 1 system. I will definately keep that in mind but as well with all advertisers and people that buy there product are only gonna say good stuff as well as everybody else. I installed the intake I have now and I love it. My car is not slammed to the ground so I don't think I have to worry about ever hydro locking but just incase I have ordered the hydro shield and if it ever gives me any problems ill just convert it back to a short ram. Thanks for reminding me to check this one out though sounds good. Right now Im happy with what I got. I didnt expect it to sound as good as it does and very clean and awesome throttle response. I'm also even when gasing on it alot the past two days still gaining mpgs when it comes to fuel economy. Have a good one and thanks

hey yeah my bad i replied a few days ago but i guess it didnt go through.... sure i looked into but people made it sound like there was more hype about the injen brand.... thats what advertisers and people that the usually post reviews they use the good ones on there site to make them sound good but i see ur point cause its a straight pop on and dont have to worry about so much water exposure and i understand that but ill tell u man im hard headed and when i have my mind set on something im gonna do it and find out for myself... well the injen in reversible so u can turn it right back into a short ram if u start having problems.... i dont think illl ever have to worry about this anyway cause my car is not slammed to the ground but for the little exposure i may have i bought the hydro shield... im really impressed with the sp1991... i didnt expect it to sound so damn good... this thing is amazing and increased my throttle response and even with me gettin on it alot im still increasing my mpgs by 1-2 increase per gallon. its been nice but i do like how it is made and wont get as hot... that seems like a really good thing about the r2c.. i appreciate all the input guys

Glad you clarified this!
