injectors wide open

refer to this thread: zerothread?id=304064ok my buddy just got the motor in my car last night. its so close to running its driving me crazy. one problem though. For some reason the injectors arent pulsing they are just staying open and dumping fuel in when i crank it. Any suggestions i could tell him? If not i have a cert. mechanic coming over tomorrow. But im sure its somethin simple. Thanks guys

bump bump he tried just turning the ignition to the on position to put fuel to the motor then unhooked the injectors and cranked it and it ran for a couple seconds. so weird. anybody have any idea what could be causing them to just dump fuel?
