will they work on an Evo 8..... yes. You need to be more specific on what your putting the injectors into, are the Evo injectors high or low impedence, and do you have something to controll them with?

sounds like you need to some more searching before you do a ka-t setup. do you have a KA24E or a KA24DE? DE's are side feed injectors and KAE's are top feed injectors. you could use a JWT ecu, piggyback ( SAFCII) Bikirom, Enthlapy ecu, AEM EMS. you need to search around a bit more before you start buying stuff.

thats what i have been trying to find out in my last couple posts o-rings go onto the injector to help them seal properly inside the fuel rail. you may need spacers, or collars that will make injectors fit into the rail if they are too short.

Search first, ask later. That's pretty much the policy here. Take your time, and the use of proper grammar will generate responses proportionally. Also be very specific in your posts. Good luck!

Lilskyline, why not just buy injectors like RC's or something instead of trying to Hybird your fuel system.

just because HE can get it for cheap doesnt mean that it is bad quality. if they are stockers for the evoVIII then they must be decent and if your friend offered you evo 550 fuel injectors for 20 bucks would you go for it? if yes then stfu. this isnt a case where you can use (cheap...fast...reliable - pick 2 crap). and if no then it must be nice eatin off that silver spoon.

you can also look into us (link in sig) direct drop feed, and a warranty. you also get a print out of exactly what each injector flows (makes tuning a little easier)

I know this is dumb but when you get some 370's from an SR, do you need to get the SR fuel rail or are they a direct fit? i'm going to be running an FMU for a while so i didn't care to find out but i've come into some money and thinking about going with 370/SAFC. thanks yall.

SR fuel rail doesn't fit. You use your stock rail and just switch the injectors.

it is very hard to get a good pic of the spray pattern the way we have our machine set up, we have tried but they usually don't turn out, we are looking to find someone local with a decent camera to take a few.

alot of it depends on the size you get (and this is with any injector, not just ours)

but i do alot of the flow testing and i can assure you that the spray pattern is pretty much identical to stock, other than the increased flow. (still fanned out, not just like a stream comming out the injector) i hope i am making sense, i am not very good at describing these types of things.
