Injectors...once again

I got them in. Lubed thme up with vaseline.And pushed down with my palm.Went in pretty easy. Once I start my engine how can I check for a leaking injector? That is the reason why I had to pull my other motor. Didn't realize 2 were leakign and gas got in my oil and spun a rod bearing.Someone said to puul the injector clip and is car runs better then chage it.If runs worse then it's good. Anyone got tips? Thanx...I'm in your debt.
