injectors not working

hello i have a 1993 240sx with a blacktop sr20det swap installed. It wont start. I have spark and my fuel pump is working, i have fuel in the fuel rail, plenty. My injectors are not firing. If i spray starting fluid in the intake it will run. I have rechecked all my wiring and it appears to be correct. Im just wondering if anyone had any ideas or could tell me what sensors or parts control injector pulse. I have power to them but no pulse with a noid light. I dont know what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
