could be many things, clogged injectors, bad fuel rail...start small before you go replacing crap.

Ive replaced the distributor. It is getting fuel up to the rail though. Could they all be clogged? I have a few sets of them ill swap them out tomorrow. Rail too.

This is a little bit of an old thread but I thought I'd post in there just in case someone else has this problem and finds this thread.

It sounds like your injectors are stuck. If injectors sit for a while, especially older injectors like the KA and SR, they tend to stick (they usually stick shut, if they're stuck open your injectors going to be spraying fuel as soon as you prime your fuel pump.)

Try placing a screwdriver on the cap of the injector and tap the screwdriver with a hammer while the car is running. The pulse from the wiring harness and the tapping might be enough to unstick them. Make sure you do this with your fuel rail is still attached to your manifold. You don't want to shoot fuel all over your engine bay. lol

If your injectors unstick, let the car idle for a little bit, turn the car off and let it sit for a little bit then start it up again, just to make sure they dont become stuck again.

Worst case scenario, all your injectors have bad coils. If the coil is bad, the injector is bad. This also is a side effect of having old injectors, eventually they just stop working. It's rare to see all the injectors go bad at once though. More then likely yours are just stuck.
