Injectors are not firing. Please Help

So Mission Failed, New CAS in, Tested and it works properly!

STILL the Injectors are Not firing!

What we Know:Manually providing signal to the injectors WORKSThe Fuel Lines are CORRECTThe CAS WORKS and IS set properly.

The continuity from the CAS to the ECU is GOODThe continuity from the ECU to the Injectors is GOODThe Red/Blue Power wire for the Injectors IS connected to the Brown 12v switchedWhen the car is Switched ON, Both of the wires on the injectors read 12v+I cannot get a ground Pulse from the injector outputs on the ECU or at the injectors.

Continuity for the ECU Grounds are ALL good.

HELP!!! WHY arnt her injectors getting a pulse? Bad ECU is our LAST idea?!?
