NO this is not one of those crack performance questions. Im simply asking about something stupid i might have done with a set of injectors i bought recently. I stored them in a box that (unknown to me) had a set of powerful ceramic magnets from a speaker. When i opened the box up two days later, the injectors were stuck to the magnets. Tell me, are they ruined? Im guessing they are, but its just a guess and i gotta know so i might be able to exchange them. Thanx-

well for one, magnets and electronic devices are not nessesarily friends... try holding one up to your computer if you dont believe me. it also might help if someone told me how exactly our injectors are structured to work.

An injector isn't really an electronic device though. From my understanding it is basically a solenoid that is either open or closed. When it gets the electrical pulse, it opens and the pressure from the rail pushed fuel in.

AFAIK a magnet wouldn't have hurt it. But I could be wrong.
