injector wiring help

I just put my Rb back in my car and it was misfiring. After days of trying to figure out what it was i found out that one of the injector wire had came apart in the wiring harness. so i hooked it back up and it was fine. The other day i went back to solder it together to fix it the right way and the power wire that was disconnected touched ground. It sparked and now the car wont start. I totally forgot to disconnect the neg bat cable. the car cranks but wont turn over, and i also tried another ecu and the same thing happened... Does anyone have a clue to what might have happened that wont able me to start the car?? Maybe a burnt fuse,or relay? Thanks guys.

i assume you checked the fuel pump fuse. is the fuel pump priming

Ya checked that fuse... the fuel pump turns on but it doesn't sound as strong. It kind of sounds like it sputters to turn on. im thinking its a relay but i don't know which one it could be...
