injector upgrades?

when upgrading such things on my car like the turbo etc. how do i know how much to upgrade my injectors to? (eg; 400cc 450cc etc)??

well you have side feed injectors so your selection is limited. The S15 SR20 injectors are an alternative, 23% bigger than your original ones.
