I have ka24e that im about to turbo, one of my injectors is leaking, but im turboing soon...so if I run the 370cc I have now, will it affect anything now without my tuning???? I dont wanna replace O-Rings twice, how much do they cost generally?? Let me know. Thanks

you will jsut have to tune them to run like the stock 270's. keep it around 13.0 afr at wot before the turbo is on. once the turbo is one jsut tune for mid 11 afr.

the o-rings for the DE i know are $2.50 each from the dealer for the small ones. prolly a couple sense more for the larger/upper rings.

the kae engine uses top feed injectors, so the sr injectors and rail wont work

okay, now with me turboing my car...my auto tech instructor at college wanted to know how im gonna control fuel pressure...what does the stock fuel pressure regulator run upto?? im only gonna be running like 8 psi or so w/IC...my setup is: T3 Super60 .48/.60, 370cc, SAFC, bov, IC, JGS Manifold, Megan Test/Cat-back, Z31 VLSD

The stock fuel pressure regulator is 43.5 psi or 3bar. You're not going to be modifying the fuel pressure since you have the afc. You're modifying the air fuel ratio with your afc so IDK why your autotech instructor asked that.*EDIT* How do you like that megan catback??? Any pics from the rear?

If I may ask, what 370cc injectors are you using? I'm in process of building my E up to, but I'm not sure what to run in respect to injectors. Anyone running the DSM 450cc's?

As for your question, your stock FPR will be fine since you tuning AFR with the SAFC, and you already upgraded to 370's which will be fine at 8psi.

my manifold cost me 160 shipped from JGS Tools (stage 1 unbuilt), I have pics from 3 angles of the exhaust installed and i like the low tone, deep...send email for pics to [email protected] As for the injectors, i got them from a guy on here that pulled from a CA18DET..i belive some RX7 injectors work, maybe Skyline..not sure..check of the post sticky on here that has all the injectors that work listed
