Are the new style injectors a direct swap into the old style injector's fuel rail?

I know I'd have to get new connectors just can get a better deal on the newer style injectors, need to know if they fit and function the same.

Thanks.

I think that info is on the "all you need to know about the Z32“ sticky thread.

Edit:

Maybe not. I just scanned that thread, but didn't see it.
Do a search of the forum, it should come up. I remember seeing a thread somewhere that mentioned an adapter kit you can buy to convert from old style to new style. Bottom line: cannot interchange new style with old style.

I found this with Google search:

And here is a kit, costs about 94 bucks:

Good luck with the upgrade. Let us know how it goes. Take some pictures as you go along, and your thread will also answer that question for a lot of searchers.

Its a very straightforward swap and well worth it. Bernie is a great guy, always a great set from him. I have the adapters with the newer injectors, I had one just go out, was covered under warranty. Did solve a few of my issues. This is what I have with stock injectors

If you are planning bigger HP, go straight for the 740's. NO point getting 555 or 370 and then upgrade in a year.
