i have an enthalpy tuned ecu for 740cc injectors.would i be able to use 750cc injectors without any further tuning asides from my FPR?

Yes, but make sure injector dwell times are similar otherwise you may have odd running issues.

they are deatchwerks. and deatchwerks are really good at having all of your injectors pretty dead on the same from what i hear.
