on my ca18det i have a tubular mani, sr t28 turbo, fmic, walbro 255, full 3" exhaust and im thinking about getting a n62 maf and 450cc dsm injectors with nistune. wel my question is do you guys think the 450cc injectors will be big enough or should i do 550cc

the 450's will be plenty for that turbo

Yea, 450's should be fine with that turbo.
