Injector question

So curious here... I have a possible bad injector and I am curious instead of buying new injectors is there any other Nissan cars that use an injector that will fit in a 93 240sx with the KA24DE?

you can go to a pick a part look for other 240's or some small nissan pick ups have the ka. I know that the 2000 altima had the twin cam and i dont think that the FWD injectors are any different than the RWD injectors so go have a look n make sure you pull of the injector for the same cylinder that you need

There is no difference in what cylinder its from, is there?If so, uh oh...

idk if there are any real differences but when you buy injectors from a store they sell them in pairs.Injectors i think 1 and 3 r sold as the same injectors and 2 and 4 r sold as their own pair

The injectors are going to be the same, but assuming your car has a good number of miles on it there is probably going to be better flow from the new injectors than your current ones. Depending on price, you may want to pick up a spare set from a junkyard if you find them and have them cleaned or just get a new set entirely.

Alright guys thanks, I have a junkyard a little ways down the road so I will go compare some injectors, probably just get a whole set. Tell you how it goes when I run up there.

Also the 96 maxima injectors are the same with the same harness connectors - plus there's six per engine to sort unlike the altima so if you get a bad one you aren't screwed lol. I use them in my 91 240 all the time. So you could also look for anything with a vq30de (95-99 Maxima).
