Alright, I did a search, and didn't come up with anything... So if you have seen it before, sorry.

Alright, I was on here a while ago with a S13, but got rid of it. About to pick up a S14, and working on getting the turbo plans done so I can get it going asap. Basically, for now I am planning on getting a small, cheap setup, just something to get started with. Going to pick up an ebay manifold, T28 turbo, cheapo intercooler, etc.

Now, there are some things I am not cheaping out on, and those are the things that are going to stay with the entire build, such as the fuel pump (replacing first thing...) My question about injectors is if I am starting with a basic setup, pushing around 200whp, would it matter what size my injectors are? As in can I get some 550s or 740s and they work fine, and still be fine for when I upgrade and push the boost to 300whp? Or should I just stick with some 370s til I upgrade, then upgrade them as well...

Reason for the budget build is probably like most other people, limited funds, etc. So if I can just buy the larger injectors from the get go, then I will do that instead of buying smaller, then upgrading them.

I will be picking up the S14 in a few weeks, so any suggestions will be welcome. I have done my research, so I do have a pretty good idea of what I am doing, and all that kinda stuffs. Anyone in the Baton Rogue area who would be interested in helping with the build, let me know.

Go with the 550's. But you need to make sure you have proper engine management.

550's would be perfect for your goals, i would sell the 370's and pick up a set of those. If your goal is to get a nice set of injectors that will last you throughout your build, 550cc would do the job.

Agreed, get the injectors that will give you lots of room to grow.

The S14 fuel pump is a good unit. I ran 1 bar of boost with mine without any starvation problems. Just be sure you have a wideband O2 meter while you're tuning.
