I think testing a injector running correctly by the Injector pulse instead of the voltage, correct me if I am wrong. I heard ppl's say don't use voltmeter , we should use the injector light tester? do I have to buy the light then? I went to a Autozone , they have a set , but only for GM , Ford, or Bosch? can i just use a voltmeter instead? how can I tell if it is correct ? please give me number of the pulse number for refence I guess?by the way, I am running E-manage to control my 370cc fuel injector.

What exactly do you want to test? You could use a multimeter to measure duty cycle (I believe), or "AC" voltage. But if you just want to test if the injector is getting voltage signal you could always wire a LED

what I want to found out is if my e-manage working properly to the injector. I'm getting poor milege and running so rough at low RPM , before I change out my injector , I want to do a test first and see if my e-manage is doing the work to the 370cc injector, yes It shows at my computer for the duty cycle but what can i tell from it?

You need an O-scope. That way you can look and see if your ECU is pulsing the injectors correctly. They dont come cheap though. You will need to get one with a capture mode so that you can freeze the waveform to make sure the ECU isnt crapping out.

That would be the best way, but of course an oscope with capturing capabilities is worth... about 3 grand in the US.

But, is the emanage measuring the duty cycle or just displaying the set value? If it is measuring the duty cycle then I'm pretty sure that is an accurate number.

Have you had your injector flow benched?
